Addison Lee, London’s leading premium transport service, needed a set of engaging customer information sheets to showcase three key service areas: Managed Services, Investor Roadshows, and Meetings & Events. The aim was to create a visually appealing, user-friendly series of A4 documents that clearly communicated the service benefits to clients, bookers, and end users alike. These sheets needed to reflect Addison Lee’s brand professionalism while being easy to navigate and quick to digest – ideal for busy corporate audiences.
Tools:
I developed a creative solution that balanced clarity, consistency, and visual interest. By using a bright, lively colour palette, I avoided the corporate sterility often associated with B2B materials. The design was deliberately modular – breaking complex information into bite-sized segments using colour-coded sections, icons, and bold typographic hierarchy. This enabled quick scanning while still delivering detailed service insights. I also created a visual style guide to ensure consistency and allow the Addison Lee team to expand and adapt the sheets for future use.
Investor roadshows
Targeted at financial institutions, this sheet positioned Addison Lee as a trusted global partner for IPOs and corporate travel. Featuring discreet chauffeurs, real-time updates, and granular billing, it reassured clients of Addison Lee’s first-class care and operational excellence.
Meeting and Events
The Meetings & Events sheet focused on large-scale logistics, from VIP meetings to red-carpet events. With on-the-ground global teams, pre-event planning, and dedicated drivers, it emphasised reliability, discretion, and the ability to move large groups with military precision.
Managed Services
This sheet highlighted Addison Lee’s fully tailored business transport offering, from in-app booking tools to centralised billing and reporting. With dedicated account managers, 24/7 support, and a premium fleet, the service promises simplicity and sophistication across every journey.
This project reinforced the importance of visual clarity and brand consistency in high-stakes, business-facing communications. By balancing form with function, I helped Addison Lee bring their evolving service offering to life. The project demonstrated how considered design can translate complex propositions into accessible, confident messaging.
